Thank you for visiting my website. Here you will find information about me and how I work as a therapist, as well as other useful links and resources.
You might be viewing this website today because you are struggling with something in your life. For many problems, friends or family members can be of great assistance. However, sometimes one may benefit from an unbiased third party to help explore issues in more depth. That is where I can help; I will acknowledge and honor your experience. No expectations, no judgment, just a supportive listener and genuine concern.

About me...

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#MFC43061) with over fifteen years of experience treating clients of varying ages and diverse backgrounds. I received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgetown University and completed my Master's in Counseling Psychology at Santa Clara University. I have worked as a clinician in a variety of settings, including an outpatient behavioral health program at a hospital, a residential substance abuse treatment facility, a homeless youth shelter, an elementary school, and a graduate psychology program. I have seen clients with severe mental health issues, as well as clients who are functioning well but need help with a specific problem. I think it is brave to seek help, no matter how big or small the concern.
Through my work with clients over the years, I have found certain commonalities in the therapeutic connection; whether helping a teenager overcome his addiction to drugs, a family develop better communication styles, or a woman improve her self-esteem, psychotherapy is a collaborative process. My hope is that I can join with you to identify and clarify your particular concerns and develop a plan to address them in a satisfying way.
